Whilst the client software is still limited and clunky, once connected the speeds across the network are fast and reliable and their no logs privacy policy is as robust as they come. For mobile users, their Android software is excellent
Customer support is usually decent and responsive most of the time, but the service is so easy to use you should hardly need it.
Overall it’s an excellent and rapidly improving service.

Been using for just over a month and works well for me so far. Mobile app is particulalry easy to use. Speed generally good. A little pricey. Might try a couple more before committing to a longer term plan.
